How do I place an order?

Browse chefs, click "View menu" to see their dishes, add items to your cart, and check out securely with Stripe.

Can I order from multiple chefs at once?

Each order is from a single chef. If you add dishes from a different chef, you will be prompted to clear your cart first.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel from your Orders page while the order is still pending or pending acceptance. Once a chef has confirmed the order, cancellation is no longer available.

How do I become a chef on Cook4U?

Sign up with the "Become a Chef" option, complete your profile, and submit your identity verification documents. Once approved, you can set up your menus and start taking orders.

How long does chef verification take?

We aim to review all verification requests within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email once your documents have been checked.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

What is the service fee?

Cook4U charges a 10% service fee on each order, which covers platform maintenance and customer support.
